Epoxy is a two-part coating that bonds directly to concrete and provides excellent durability and gloss. Polyurea is a faster-curing topcoat sometimes used as a finish layer over epoxy. We use a professional layered system, the right combination of base coat and topcoat for your specific floor and use case. We'll recommend what's best for your project during the quote.
Yes, decorative color flakes are included in our standard $6/sq ft flake price. Flakes add grip, texture, and a premium look that hides dirt and imperfections better than a solid coat. You can choose from a range of color blends to match your space.
