Owen Mead is 24 years old, the oldest of four, and the kind of person who grew up with a project in mind and the drive to see it through.

Owen has been running service businesses since he was 12 years old. That's when he started O's Windows, a window cleaning company he went on to scale across multiple cities in Arizona, growing a consistent client base of over 200 customers with employees under him. By the time he was a teenager he already knew firsthand what it takes to build a service business from the ground up, and he brought every lesson with him when he moved to Utah to attend Brigham Young University.

Epoxy called to him for a reason he couldn't ignore: it combines the precision of a trade with the eye of an artist. Taking a cracked, stained, or worn-out floor and turning it into something genuinely beautiful — that transformation never gets old. Owen trained directly through Floorguard Products, a manufacturer-level supplier in Salt Lake City, giving him a technical foundation that goes well beyond what most installers know.

When he's not on a job site or in class, you'll find him hiking, swimming, playing pickleball, or finding any excuse to be outside. He's the same person off a job as he is on one — straightforward, hardworking, and genuinely invested in doing things right.
